The mission of The Community Builders is to build and sustain strong communities where people of all incomes can achieve their full potential. The Community Builders has been developing affordable housing since the 1960s. Headquartered in Boston, our presence in Connecticut goes back to the 1990s. New Haven was the first city in Connecticut where TCB had a development.
